(Az-Zukhuruf) 43 : 40
أَفَأَنْتَ تُسْمِعُ الصُّمَّ أَوْ تَهْدِي الْعُمْيَ وَمَنْ كَانَ فِي ضَلَالٍ مُبِينٍ
Then are you making the deaf hear, or guiding the blind—even if they are in manifest astray?
Whoever is not ready to see and hear Adhikr—the Guidance from Allah as told in verse 2: 185—after getting It, such are the blind and deaf living in manifest astray. These original disbelievers, who do not utilize intelligence, are mentioned as the worst creatures among a thousand communities of the Lord’s creatures in verse 8: 22; whereas in verse 98: 6, they are mentioned as the worst creatures in the land.
